1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of rip1 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

1. You are an individual (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. rip1 applies a 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
3. You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
4. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory, as updated from time to time at rip1's sole discretion.
5. You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing wagers.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of rip1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
7. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by rip1 for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on rip1. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number. rip1 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify rip1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. rip1 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rip1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or when activity triggers an internal compliance review. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rip1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, Bank Danamon) and licensed e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to Account tier and verification status. VIP Gold members may have elevated limits; contact support for details.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited instantly to your rip1 Account. Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Indonesian banking hours (09:00–15:00 WIB, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours, or on Indonesian national public holidays such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Christmas, may experience extended processing times.

4.4 Funds Origin

All funds deposited into your rip1 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. rip1 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

rip1 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities and to freeze, suspend, or close Accounts involved in any suspected financial misconduct. Unused balances may be withheld pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by rip1 are subject to these general terms and any specific conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero percent toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device, and per IP address. rip1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if we determine that a User has attempted to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any promotional offer, including through the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated betting strategies.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the timeframe specified on the relevant promotion page. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited automatically.

5.5 rip1 Promotional Rights

rip1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, rip1 will honour all bonus credits already awarded to eligible Users at the time of termination, subject to all other applicable bonus terms.

6. Game Rules & Wagering

6.1 Game Availability

rip1 offers a broad portfolio of gaming products including slot gacor (high-performing slot) titles from certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft; live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming; bandar bola (football bookmaking) sportsbook markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and the UEFA Champions League; togel lottery draws; and specialty games. The availability of specific games may vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to scheduled maintenance windows.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on rip1. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing prior to wagering. rip1 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a platform, software, or network malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or wager, rip1 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance. Any winnings generated during a verified malfunction period may be voided. The decision of rip1 in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection During Live Play

rip1 is not liable for losses incurred due to disconnections caused by a User's internet service provider or device failure during live games or in-play betting. Users are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when engaging in live dealer sessions or in-play sportsbook markets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rip1 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of Account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform component to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to guarantee profit and circumvent bonus terms.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer environments.
• Attempting to launder money or channel illegitimate funds through the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rip1 staff or other Users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the rip1 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, interface designs, text, software code, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of rip1 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, licence, or interest in any rip1 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any rip1 content without the prior written consent of rip1. Unauthorized use of rip1 intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data

rip1 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

rip1 may share your personal data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform (including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios), and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

rip1 is dedicated to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide all registered Users with access to the following tools, available at any time through the Account settings panel or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming position.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rip1 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

rip1's total cumulative liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their rip1 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rip1's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by rip1

rip1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, are engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.

12.2 Permanent Closure by rip1

Following investigation of a suspended Account, rip1 may permanently close the Account and forfeit any remaining balance where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. Material breaches include, but are not limited to, fraud, identity falsification, money laundering, multi-accounting, and exploitation of software errors.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which rip1 operates. rip1 is a licensed and internationally regulated gaming platform.

Any unresolved dispute between you and rip1 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration seat shall be determined at rip1's sole discretion.

Nothing in this clause prevents rip1 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its Users.

14. Amendments

rip1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rip1 will notify registered Users via email to their registered address or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3 above.
